Dr. David Donnally
Dr. David Donnally was ordained in 1977. He married Dr. Tami Donnally, the love of his life, in 1978, and they have been partners in ministry ever since. He holds three doctorate degrees, including a Ph.D. in Education.
He has authored From the Pond to the Palace, Life in the Palace, and Stinkin’ Thinkin’, and is working on Legacy of a Preacher’s Kid. He serves as President of Evangelical Bible College and Seminary and Senior Pastor of Legacy Church, and is the founder of the Interdenominational Ministers Association, House of Bread, and Compassionate Heart Counseling Center.
Dr. Dave and Tami Donnally have been part of Legacy Church Ministries since 1980, when they helped Drs. Chad and Mariam Donnally start Greenacres Christian Academy. Dr. Donnally has helped launch others into ministry around the world as pastors, teachers, missionaries, evangelists, chaplains, and counselors. His ministry travels have included Nigeria, Trinidad, and Israel.
With a strong passion for missions, he desires to see people saved, equipped to serve, and become ambassadors for the Kingdom of God. He serves on many boards, including the Global Embassy Network and the Florida Council of Private Schools. He brings the Word with humor, biblical knowledge, and years of experience, helping people learn to “Love, Laugh, Let Go & Let God!”
Dr. Bettye Knighton
Dr. Bettye W. Knighton, a native Floridian, was born in Deerfield Beach in Broward County. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Riviera Beach and later received an Associate of Arts degree from Palm Beach Community College. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University, majoring in Management Science and Systems with a minor in Computer Systems. She was also a student in the pilot Urban Church Ministry program offered at Palm Beach Atlantic University. She received a Master’s degree in Religious Education and a Doctor of Theology from Evangelical Bible College and Seminary.
Dr. Knighton retired from Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, where she served as a Senior Systems Analyst/Programmer. She later pursued her entrepreneurial interests and founded a building maintenance firm that successfully competed for public- and private-sector contracts throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
Her ministry service has included four years as Director of Workshops for the Women’s Department of the Ministers and Deacon Union, Northern Division. She also served the Florida East Coast Baptist Association as editor of The Voice newspaper, distributed among 110 churches from Homestead to Cocoa Beach. She serves on the ministerial staff at Pleasant Heights Missionary Baptist Church and as Director of Christian Education.
With more than 35 years of experience, Dr. Knighton shares her knowledge as a minister, business executive, author, publisher, and entrepreneur through motivational speaking, keynote addresses, and team-building sessions. She is CEO and Founder of Emerge Publishing Group LLC, has helped many authors publish their first book, and is the author of three books and six Christian Education handbooks. She is the wife of Deacon Otis Knighton, Jr., the mother of five, and has eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Dr. Jeremiah K. Ramberg
Dr. Jeremiah K. Ramberg is a dedicated leader, educator, and minister with over 27 years of faithful service to Legacy Church Ministries in Greenacres, Florida. A graduate of Greenacres Christian Academy and Evangelical Bible College and Seminary, he holds doctorates in Religious Education and Ministry, as well as a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies, Biblical Counseling, and a Th.D. in Theology.
Throughout the years, Dr. Ramberg has served in many roles across both the church and Greenacres Christian Academy. He currently serves as Associate Pastor, Worship Leader, and Vice-President of Legacy Church Ministries. He also plays a key role in Christian education as a professor and Administrator at Evangelical Bible College and Seminary and as a board member of Greenacres Christian Academy.
Dr. Ramberg is married to his high school sweetheart, Judi, and together they have one son, Gabriel. Judi serves faithfully beside him in ministry. Whether leading worship, teaching students, or preaching the Word, Dr. Ramberg considers it an honor to serve wherever God opens the door. His greatest joy is helping others grow in their faith and discover all that God has for them.
Dr. Ralph Leslie
Dr. Ralph Leslie comes to Evangelical Bible College and Seminary as a highly qualified professor holding three Ph.D. degrees in Religious Education, Theology, and Biblical Counseling. His straightforward approach to teaching is refreshing and has earned the respect of his students.
In addition to his Christian studies, Dr. Leslie completed a 20-year military career in the United States Air Force. He later worked in corrections at the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and, by 1992, was a duly certified correctional and law-enforcement officer. After retiring from the Sheriff’s Office, he worked as a private investigator and criminal defense investigator.
His many years of experience in real-life circumstances, merged with his wealth of knowledge, make him a valued asset to this institution. We are pleased to have him as a co-laborer for God’s Kingdom.
Dr. Jim Collins
Dr. Jim Collins is the pastor of Victory In Christ International and the founder of Beyond Positive Thinking Ministries. He has authored two books: Beyond Positive Thinking: Success and Motivation in the Scriptures and The Secret to Abundant Living.
Dr. Collins is available to present motivational seminars for churches, businesses, associations, and civic organizations. His positive approach to teaching makes him an excellent addition to our faculty.
Dr. Rick Kendall
Dr. Rick Kendall attended Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, for two years and completed his basic education through College Home Studies. Rick and his wife, Liz, went on into ministry. They have three grown children—Ricky, Jonathan, and Victoria—along with four wonderful grandchildren.
Dr. Kendall travels extensively on a speaking itinerary and has a passion for mentoring emerging as well as seasoned leaders. He is the Lead Apostle and President of The Global Embassy Network, birthed in 1998 to interconnect ministers and ministries as a network of fitly framed, connected parts in Southeast Florida, with global members in five countries.
