Meet Our Board Members

Dr. David Donnally was ordained by the ECA in 1977 and is currently serving as Senior Pastor and President of Legacy Church Ministries in Lake Worth, Florida.

He married his high school sweetheart in 1978 and they have one daughter, Victoria (married to Billy Fritsch) and two grandchildren, Billy IV and Nevaeh.

Dr. David Donnally holds three doctorate degrees including a Ph.D. in Education, a Th.D. and a Ph.D in Religious Education.

Together with his wife, Dr. Tami Donnally, they have launched ministries and ministers all around the world.

Legacy Church Ministries is home of Greenacres Christian Academy, which he and his wife Tami co-founded with his parents, Drs. Chadwick and Mariam Donnally in 1980. It is also home to the Evangelical Bible College Seminary, where he serves as President. EBCS currently has 22 extension schools throughout the world. Dr. Donnally founded the Interdenominational Minister's Association in 2003, House of Bread helps ministry in 2014, and Compassionate Heart Counseling Center in 2014. Legacy Church Ministries is home to each of these as well.

Dr. Donnally brings many years of experience working across denominational lines to bring the Body of Christ together.

He has authored two books, "From the Pond to the Palace" and "Life in the Palace" and is currently working on a third book, "Stinkin' Thinkin'".

As an International speaker, he brings the message of encouragement and the challenge to Love, Laugh, Let Go and Let God!

Dr. Donnally also serves on several boards, including Global Embassy Network, Community Life, and Florida Council of Private Schools.

Dr. Tami Donnally is a long-time Palm Beach County resident. She moved here in 1967 and attended public schools. After graduating from John I Leonard High School, she attended the Evangelical Bible College where she earned a Doctorate of Religious Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Sacred Music.

She was instrumental in starting Greenacres Christian Academy in 1980. She taught there for 16 years, then served as the Principal for 8 years.

She is married to Dr. David Donnally (1978); and they have one daughter, Victoria Fritsch, son-in-law Billy Fritsch, and 2 grandchildren, Billy Fritsch IV and Nevaeh Fritsch.

She published her first book "The Manger Was the First Sleigh" in 2008.

Currently, she is serving as the Executive Director and Co-pastor of Legacy Church Ministries. She has served on local boards including Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida (Board Chair) and the Republican Executive Committee of Palm Beach County (Vice-Chair).

Dr. Jeremiah Ramberg is a graduate of both Greenacres Christian Academy and the Evangelical Bible College and Seminary. He holds a Doctorate in both Religious Education and Ministry.

Dr. Ramberg has been with Legacy Church Ministries for over 20 years. Over the years, he has served many roles at Greenacres Christian Academy. At Legacy Church, he is currently the Worship Leader, Youth Director and Associate Pastor.

He is married to his high school sweetheart, Judi, and they have one son, Gabriel. Dr. Ramberg is a wonderful help to our ministry and Legacy is blessed to have such a great man of God.

Mrs. Lori Williams was a student of GCA from 2nd grade through her graduation in 12th grade. She graduated one year early and was Valedictorian of her class. She has been working with us in ministry since 1997.

She spent many years in the classroom, has served as Principal and is currently working as our Ministry Manager. She has a business degree from Ashworth College and a Bachelor of Religious Education degree from Evangelical Bible College & Seminary.

She is married to her high school sweetheart (also a GCA graduate) and they have three wonderful daughters, Alyssa, Lexie, and Ansley. She enjoys spending time watching sports with her husband and sharing family time with both of their families.

Mrs. Williams believes, "With God all things are possible."

Mrs. Victoria Fritsch (formerly Victoria Donnally) serves as GCA's School Administrator. She is a graduate of Greenacres Christian Academy, having attended GCA from PreK–12th grade.

She graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL with a degree in Elementary Education in 2005, and earned her Master's degree from E.B.C.S in 2007.

She loves coaching and playing volleyball, singing, and spending time with her family. The continuation and thriving of her grandparents' vision remain to be the center of her passion.

Dillard became part of the Legacy family when his wife Fanny enrolled in the Bible College in 2002.

He is a US Navy Veteran and served as a 2nd Lieutenant aboard the USS Moale during the Korean War.

He is retired from Firestone Tire company where he worked for many years.

Dillard has been a faithful member of Legacy Church for many years and earned an A.A. degree from the Evangelical Bible College & Seminary. He also has taken two trips to the Holy Land in Israel with EBCS.

Dr. Ralph Leslie lives in West Palm Beach, Florida with his wife Sharon Leslie, his capable helpmate of 55 long loving years. Together they have two daughters, four granddaughters, two grandsons, and three great grandchildren.

Dr. Ralph Leslie completed a 20-year military career in the United States Air Force. During his Air Force career, he completed numerous courses at academies and colleges.

In 1986, he worked in Corrections at Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office and by 1992 was a dual certified Corrections and Law-enforcement Officer. After retiring from the Sheriff's Office in 2000, Dr. Ralph Leslie worked as a Private Investigator and Criminal Defense Investigator.

Dr. Ralph Leslie has been at the Evangelical Bible College and Seminary since August 29, 2013 and is now a Seminary professor. He holds Doctorate degrees in Intercultural Studies, Theology, Ministry, Religious Education, and Ministerial Counseling.

He has taught many courses that have led to students' achievement of Associate, Bachelor, Masters, and Doctorate degrees. Two of his former students achieved two Doctorate degrees at the same time.

Dr. Ralph Leslie spends many hours during his spare time studying the Bible, teaching, speaking, and counseling with others. He loves the Lord and he loves people.

Vince is self-employed in construction as Lead Carpenter on high-end residential and commercial projects.

His aspirations are to stay involved with this ministry and to give in all situations where he can be of assistance and to help maintain growth through whatever means are presented to the church.

Having been raised in the Catholic Church as a child and then going to other denominations, he prefers the Interdenominational approach that Legacy Ministry offers. "I just find it more offering and open, for this reason, I plan on hanging around."

Vince has played on the Praise and Worship Team for 9 years and enjoys doing so. He has also helped on many projects such as woodwork and other construction projects.

"I feel so welcomed by this ministry. I feel so in debt to what this ministry has done for myself and my family that I would consider it a privilege to help any way possible, so I relish the opportunity to serve."

Gary is an Evangelist with a pastor's heart and passion for Revival. With over 44 years of ministry experience, he and his wife Susan have been church planters, pastors, conference speakers, as well as Law Enforcement Chaplains. Gary has traveled the world encouraging the church to experience more of God.

Gary and Susan have been married 44 years and have two beautiful daughters, two wonderful sons-in-law, and six awesome grandchildren — all actively serving the Lord. He is currently serving as the Director of the Decade of Double Harvest for Christ for all Nations in Orlando, Florida.
