Dr. David Donnally was ordained by the ECA in 1977 and is currently serving as Senior Pastor and President of Legacy Church Ministries in Lake Worth, Florida.
He married his high school sweetheart in 1978 and they have one daughter, Victoria (married to Billy Fritsch) and two grandchildren, Billy IV and Nevaeh.
Dr. David Donnally holds three doctorate degrees including a Ph.D. in Education, a Th.D. and a Ph.D in Religious Education.
Together with his wife, Dr. Tami Donnally, they have launched ministries and ministers all around the world.
Legacy Church Ministries is home of Greenacres Christian Academy, which he and his wife Tami co-founded with his parents, Drs. Chadwick and Mariam Donnally in 1980. It is also home to the Evangelical Bible College Seminary, where he serves as President. EBCS currently has 22 extension schools throughout the world. Dr. Donnally founded the Interdenominational Minister’s Association in 2003, House of Bread helps ministry in 2014, and Compassionate Heart Counseling Center in 2014. Legacy Church Ministries is home to each of these as well.
Dr. Donnally brings many years of experience working across denominational lines to bring the Body of Christ together.
He has authored three books, “From the Pond to the Palace,” “Life in the Palace,” and “Stinkin’ Thinkin’”. He is currently working on a fourth book, "Legacy of a Preacher's Kid.
As an International speaker, he brings the message of encouragement and the challenge to Love, Laugh, Let Go and Let God!
Dr. Donnally has served on many boards, including Global Embassy Network, Community Life, and Florida Council of Private Schools.
Dr. Tami Donnally is a long-time Palm Beach County resident. She moved here in 1967 and attended public schools. After graduating from John I Leonard High School, she attended the Evangelical Bible College where she earned a Doctorate of Religious Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Sacred Music. She was instrumental in starting Greenacres Christian Academy in 1980. She taught there for 16 years, then served as the Principal for 8 years.
She is married to Dr. David Donnally (1978); and they have one daughter, Victoria Fritsch, son-in-law Billy Fritsch, and 2 grandchildren, Billy Fritsch IV and Nevaeh Fritsch.
She published her first book "The Manger Was the First Sleigh" in 2008.
Currently, she is serving as the Executive Director and Co-pastor of Legacy Church Ministries. She has served on local boards including Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida (Board Chair) and the Republican Executive Committee of Palm Beach County (Vice-Chair).
Dr. Jeremiah K. Ramberg is a dedicated leader, educator, and minister with over 27 years of faithful service to Legacy Church Ministries in Greenacres, Florida. A graduate of Greenacres Christian Academy and Evangelical Bible College and Seminary, he holds Doctorates in Religious Education and Ministry, as well as a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies, Biblical Counseling and a Th.D. in Theology.
Throughout the years, Dr. Ramberg has served in many roles across both the church and Greenacres Christian Academy. He currently serves as Associate Pastor, Worship Leader and Vice-President of Legacy Church Ministries. He also plays a key role in Christian education as a professor and Administrator at Evangelical Bible College and Seminary, and as a board member of Greenacres Christian Academy.
Dr. Ramberg is married to his high school sweetheart, Judi, and together they have one son, Gabriel. Judi serves faithfully beside him in ministry, and together they are passionate about serving others. Dr. Ramberg considers it an honor to serve wherever God opens the door. Whether it’s leading worship, teaching students, or preaching the Word. His greatest joy is helping others grow in their faith and discover all that God has for them.
Pastor Underwood serves as Legacy's Visitation Pastor. He was ordained in 2003 and has previously served as our Youth Pastor. He also is a teacher at He holds a Masters degree in Religious Education.
